Description
{This course is only available to Alumni members of the Light on the Chakras and Kundalini Course. If you are an advanced practitioner, please write to us for consideration.}
This is a rare opportunity to review and embody the knowledge and practices contained within the Light on the Chakras and Kundalini Course. The study will further solidify and animate the subtle body into your consciousness to become a living, awakened presence in your daily life.
You will also get more information that will flesh out and deepen your understanding of many of the topics covered in the course.
Extra knowledge
There are several topics we have in mind to add to the topics already covered. These include:
- Yoga tantra ritual—variations on the theme
- Different types of sādhana
- A deeper understanding of karma and how to manage it
- Mantra, yantra, and symbols from Eastern and Western perspectives
- More information on Jung, the archetypes, and the Chakras
- More information on gods, demons, and the Ishta Devatā
- Positive and negative possession (seek positive possession by the ishta devatā, free yourself from negative possessions by old traumas, family shadow, and so on)
- Adding to your knowledge and understanding of Sāmkhya and how to map the 25 tattwas onto the chakras.
- More information on the mahā bhūtas – the great elements that make up the macro and microcosm.
- More information on meditating on the senses, the gateways into the mind that key you trapped in external awareness, to increase sense withdrawal, pratyahāra, as the basis of dhāranā, concentration.
- How to classify your thoughts
Our aim
This course will support you, whether you are an advanced student or you have been struggling.
Advanced students will be supported to go deeper into their experience.
If you have been struggling to keep up. We will support you in individualizing your practice. We will create a protocol that allows you to focus on the elements that will best support your individual needs.
The key is to keep up with the theory, at least listen to the meditations at least once or twice, and take on what you can.
Your main practice has to be what supports you in your life at this moment. You will prepare for times when you have the possibility of going deeper.
We designed the course to give you the big picture (context) of the yoga-tantra approach to chakras and kundalini, which is a vast study, and to recognize what is right for you now.
Two choices
Ultimately, you have two choices:
- Advanced students can attempt to embody and understand every element of the chakras and kundalini sādhana.
- Less advanced or intermediate students should take a simpler approach by choosing one or two main elements that will form the core, a skeleton on which to hang future additions.
When the practice is more complex with multiple visualizations, it means that you have progressed to the point where you can hold all the various forces and gods in their correct place, in their correct relationships. You have advanced to the point where you can hold that reality internally.
However, if you can’t hold the complexity of it, you need to hold onto simplicity and build your capacity to add different elements over time as you feel comfortable.
