Our podcast is dedicated to all forms of higher yoga and Indian philosophies, such as Samkhya, raja yoga, bhakti yoga, jnana yoga, yoga tantra, mantra and yantra, chakras and kundalini, Sri Vidya, karma, and Indian astrology, Jyotish. We also cover different forms of eastern and western psychology, including yoga psychology, yoga psychotherapy, and Jungian psychology.

We will also provide podcasts on how to use yoga and meditation to increase both lifespan and health span, reduce chronic illness, improve physical and mental resilience, and accelerate your spiritual evolution
