How do I access the workshop?

You’ll receive a Zoom link via email upon registration. The workshop is held live online, and you can attend from anywhere. Following the live workshop you can acces the recordings in our Learning Portal on desktop, tablet or mobile.

Will I receive CPE/CPD points for this workshop?

Yes! This workshop qualifies for 2 hours of CPE points and includes a certificate upon completion. It is accredited by Yoga Alliance USA, Yoga Australia, and SYTA, with a CPD Certificate provided upon completion.

Can this knowledge help with anxiety and depression?

Yes. While this is not a substitute for medical treatment, it provides a deep understanding of how emotional regulation affects mental health.
