Welcome to the Relaxation Meditation Online Course!

The course will teach you how to relax, de-stress and recuperate from the negative effects of stress. As you progress through the course and embody this study your health and wellbeing will improve. You will be transformed for the better.

We have designed the course so that you can study at your own pace. We have taken great care to ensure you are guided systematically through the theory and practices so that you gain:

  • A deep understanding of what stress and relaxation are
  • The skill of reducing the negative effects of stress, and
  • The skill of accumulating relaxation in your body and mind

The course is delivered through various media formats and components:

  • Videos Theory and Practice Instructions
  • Meditation Techniques (Downloadable Mp3s)
  • Integration Exercises (Downloadable PDFs)
  • Quizzes Complete quizzes at the end of the course if you wish to gain a certificate, or to test your knowledge.

Certificate The course is equivalent to 10 Continuing Education Non-contact Hours with Yoga Alliance USA. The course points can be used as CPD points (Continuing Professional Development). An 80% pass-rate is required to receive a certificate of completion. You can review the knowledge and repeat each quiz. There is 5.5 hours of course material.

We urge you to take your time with each topic. Don’t be lazy and don’t rush. Practicing the techniques as recommended is essential if you are to be successful. It is a good idea to keep a notebook handy to write down the most important points; those that are relevant to you and your life. Above all, enjoy your journey into Relaxation Meditation.
