Lying Relaxation is a favorite form of relaxation for obvious reasons, it’s practiced in the horizontal position.

Practicing relaxation in the lying position enables you to gain deep rest and recuperation from stress, fatigue, exhaustion and illness.

Practice recommendations: Practice this technique once a day or more if you are tired or unwell. We recommend that you practice this technique a minimum of three times before proceeding to the next technique.
